MISSION

The mission of the Florida Leadership Academy is to provide an academic forum for cadets to receive instruction through lecture, discussion, and hands-on training that is beneficial for all spectra of cadet involvement.


All Academy Applications will require Squadron Commander Approval.


Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA)

- Must be C/SrA to C/TSgt.
- Must have completed a Basic Encampment.
- Must not have completed the Armstrong Achievement.
- Must receive Squadron Commander approval.

Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA)

- Must be C/MSgt to C/CMSgt.
- Must have completed a Basic Encampment.
- Graduates of NCOA may apply as a TSgt.
- Must receive Squadron Commander Approval

Cadet Command Course (CCC)

- Must have completed the Billy Mitchell Milestone.
- Must receive Squadron Commander Approval.

NCO ACADEMY

MISSION
To provide our SNCO’s/ NCO’s with the education and leadership skills necessary to lead our Cadets at WCCS and Group/Wing Activities.
The program of instruction places emphasis on leadership foundations and Drill tailored to the needs of WCCS.

FLORIDA WING CONFERENCE

The Florida Wing Conference and Awards Banquet is an annual gathering of Civil Air Patrol members. This gathering is to allow members to network, learn, teach, and grow as an organization.  The awards banquet is a celebration of the achievements earned by our fellow members as well as a moment to pay honor to those who have fallen in the service of our nation.

Cadets must complete the FLWG F500B

All Cadets must have a SM escort registered and onsite at all times.

All cadets must have their parent/guardian's signature and their squadron commander's signature. The squadron commander is then responsible to submit the 500b via mail/email (or by hand if late).

***No cadet will be fully registered without the FLWG F500B***
